During the construction of eco-bags, many technical problems will arise. If you don't know these technical problems, then the eco-bag project you construct may not meet the standard requirements, so we must first make these technical problems clear, so that there will be no various problems when using it.

During the construction of eco-bags, many technical problems will arise. If you don't know these technical problems, then the eco-bag project you construct may not meet the standard requirements, so we must first make these technical problems clear, so that there will be no various problems when using it. The main problems are common:

1. What is the maximum height that a vertical wall can be built without reinforcing grids?

Without reinforcing grids, the vertical height of the wall structure can be 0.6-1.8 meters. The specific height depends on the filling and the wall top load. It is recommended to use a reinforced grid depending on the specific situation to double the stabilizing effect.

2. How many layers of eco-bags are buried in the bottom layer

The typical ratio is 1:10. In most cases, a maximum of three to four layers of eco-bags are embedded, except in cases far away from the slope. Then burying more eco-bags will have a better effect. In the case of excessive groundwater and frost, we recommend that eco-bags should be filled with crushed stone.

3. Should the construction start from one end of the wall and still start from the middle of the building?

Both are possible, but we recommend that the construction of the isolation wall should start from a low point as much as possible.

4. How high will the eco-bag be the barrier backfill soil?

We recommend backfilling and compacting at least two layers of eco-bags. This way, we can maintain a stable wall with good compaction.

5. What type of material is suitable for eco-bag filling material?

If possible, use granular materials, such as soil and sand. These types of materials are easy to compact and will not deposit too much water. Silt and clay can also be used as thin clay backfill materials. In general, heavy clay and organic clay that shrink and expand rapidly must not be used.

6. How does this ecosystem perform, such as low temperatures of -30℃?

The temperature range of the system materials is between minus 50 degrees and plus 160 degrees.

7. How is the hydrostatic ecosystem considered?

The eco-bags of this system are permeable and can also be filled with permeable filling materials. There is basically no water pressure.
